Management, and IT Audit with over 20 years of extensive experience in establishing,

implementing, managing, controlling, and maintaining policies and procedures for all IT

processes. He develops, implements, enforces, and monitors a comprehensive and

complete enterprise information security strategy. He ensures compliance with all internal

and industrial standards, policies, regulations, and procedures such as HIPAA, SOX,

COBIT, and PCI. He guides, implements, enforces, facilitates, and coordinates IT

governance activities across departments, while also participating in numerous other IT

areas such as Security and Auditing.
